On behalf of the German EU Council Presidency, the German Ministry for Family Affairs, Senior Citizens, Women and Youth holds the Youth Event "Equal Opportunity and Social Participation for all Children and Youth" in April 2007 in Cologne.
The event is jointly organized by JUGEND für Europa and the International Youth Exchange and Visitors’ Service of the Federal Republic of Germany (IJAB).
For the event's website, webfactory developed and implemented a screen design based on the corporate design guidelines of the ministry. The multilingual website is maintained by JUGEND für Europa and IJAB via the central installation of wfDynamic 4 that JUGEND für Europa already use for their other websites. wfDynamic's access control system makes sure that IJAB staff as well as the conference editors at JUGEND für Europa can only edit the contents of the conference website, and not those of the other websites of JUGEND für Europa.
Before conference start, the website will be extended by a conference blog with editorial messages as well as contributions of the conference participants that they can enter directly on the website.
